History
Seifer (pronounced "see-fur") Krandall, by all official records, appeared in the south of France in the mid 1950s. Since that time, he has moved from country to country, city to city, uniting as many packs as he could under his leadership and promoting one simple agenda - that humanity is nothing more than sophisticated livestock for the slaughter and eating. As the superior creature, the Laukos should take their place in the world as the top of the food chain.
Seifer would move into a city, unite the packs, spread chaos and mayhem until either the Cipher mages began to sniff around, or the human authorities began to clue in on what was happening, at which point he would take his most dedicated or favoured pack members and move on, letting the united packs fall apart behind him.
According to reports, Seifer has not appeared to physically age since he first appeared, and some have said he matches descriptions of previous pack uniters from as far back as the 1800s.
Recently, Seifer was mated with a female named Jasmina. After a recent trip to Vienna (a common trip that occurs every three months like clockwork), he returned alone.
Personality
Seifer is a charismatic alpha male. Self-confident, aggressive and ruthless, he knows when to push and when to let things sort themselves out. While not especially quick to anger, he does have a fierce temper for insubordination, and little patience for those who defy him.
