Jason Brigg is a posthuman member of the Justiciars, and is played by Drew.
History
Jason lived an absolutely remarkable life until he joined the Justiciars. Born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, he had a mundane childhood; he went to school, he played with his few friends, and he spent time with his family. His parents encouraged his vivid imagination, and he shared his father's love of superhero comics and science fiction literature, which led to much harassment from his older brother Christopher.
During the Shockwave, he found himself branded with a sigil. He returned to university in the following year with a new extra-curricular activity - learning how to use the control over gravity that his sigil granted him. He graduated with a degree in history, specifically Mesopotamian, but rather than go into teacher's college like he had planned, on a whim he made an appointment with the Kerberos Group to join the Justiciars. His powers appealed to the people who were organizing the team, and he soon became Graviton, leader of the Justiciars!
In the year since the team was founded, Jason has been one of the only consistent members, watching as teammates came and went. He enjoys his job immensely, getting to live his dreams of being a superhero and actually making a difference in the lives of the people of the city.
Jason's costume is a simple grey and blue number, with a pair of motorcycle goggles he wears to hide his eyes and also protect his vision from rain and debris while he flies.
Personality
As Graviton, Jason is confident, self-assured, and almost archetypal. When the mask comes off, however, he is shy, nerdy, a little socially awkward and self-conscious. A loner by nature, he spends most of his off-time reading or playing video games. While friendly, he's prone to being a little too honest, and that has gotten him in trouble on several occasions.
Powers
Jason's sigil grants him control over gravity itself. He can use his power to nullify gravity around or underneath an object, making them levitate, and also change which way gravity affects a local area, which can mimic flight. He can also increase the gravitational forces around a person or object, forcing them to the ground or even crushing them. Using his powers for a long period of time, or to affect large or heavy objects becomes quite draining after time, and Jason requires frequent breaks or he'll simply be too tired to use his abilities.
Affiliations
Jason is a member of the Justiciars, the Kerberos Group's team of media friendly super-heroes.
